Travel
Coordinator - HE Jocosa d'Auxerre
What
does a Travel Coordinator do?
The travel coordinator sends an RSVP to the Event Steward of each
event that TRH will be attending. Included in the letter is the
membership information on both the Prince and Princess and a request
to be put in contact with any Royal Liaison, if there is one. The
letter also asks if there are any meetings TRH will be asked to
attend or any special requests for their time during the event.
There is a brief mention of likes and dislikes, food allergies,
and so on. She also sends regrets to any invitations TRH will not
be able to attend. If possible the travel coordinator will alert
the event staff as to the approximate arrival time of TRH. Then
try to coordinate things like Royal sunshades, number of entourage
staying in the Royal cabin - keeping in mind the needs of the Prince,
Princess and Their entourage.
In the past, the travel coordinator has also given suggestions for
gifts but this website should cut down on those questions. Finally,
the travel coordinator is responsible to send the Royal Progress
to the Kingdom Chronicler so it will appear in Popular Chivalry.

Chancellor
- HE Elizabeth Rae
What
does a Chancellor do?
The Chancellor to Their Royal Highnesses has many responsibilities.
Some of which include but are not limited to making sure They have
the day's scheduele, Their pavillion and accessories are set up,
They arrive on time (if possible) to Their appointed engagements,
make any necessary appointments and changes to Their schedule, the
thrones are in place for court and make sure that Their day runs
as smoothly as possible. The chancellor handles making sure Thier
feast gear is taken care of before and after the meal, make sure
there is plenty of help (if needed) in packing up at the end of
the event. The chancellor takes care of any gifts to TRH and make
sure they are listed so the appropriate responses can be made. Often
times, these duties can be delegated to trusted, capable individuals,
freeing up the chancellor to personally attend to TRH needs.
